it was never meant to keep your interest forever.

put it back on the shelf until the next big free update (if any) comes out than buy chapter 2 for a new jolt of fun.

i have over 800 hours for my 50 dollars so i think it is a real bargain considering some games only give 20-50 hours these days

Nah, the Summer Update was almost perfectly timed for me. I was just winding down in PvE, and now I have new content to work with. It probably won't keep me busy until the full expansion, but I'm happy to keep playing for the time being.

I haven't actually played that much in the last month or so...got kind of side-tracked with Dungeon Siege II. But I did update and played through the first mission or two in Sorrow's Furnace. That's good. About once a week, I play for a couple hours and knock off another quest then box it back up for another week. Rinse and repeat.

like someone said earlier, GW isnt on my highest priority anymore. after completing the game with 3 different classes, there isnt really anything to do anymore. just pvp here and there and help guildies out.

I agree that doing the same missions over and over can get pretty boring. Since I've been thru the game with 4 characters theres really not much left to do. I still enjoy farming, and I'm going thru the new update pretty quick.

Helping other people gives me the most satisfaction. Just yesterday something unexpected happened to me. I was standing around in Nolani Academy with my lvl 8 e/mo lfg mission to Yaks Bend, when a level 13 warrior invited me and said I'll help you, lets go! He did pretty good for level 13 and it was partially due to having the chest and head piece from the droknars knights armor. He was new to the game and this was his first character. When we got to Yaks Bend, I noticed he didn't have the leggings for the knights armor, and he said he was still saving the money for it, so I gave him a couple of platinum since I have a lot of money from farming. He thanked me alot and seemed surprised that I gave him anything. I added him to my friends list and continued on my way.

If find that if I limit myself on games, they last longer... I play guildwars, but not in excese (sp) and I am still having fun with it. For some reason, if I read inbetween playing certain parts of guildwars, it seems more fun when I come back to it.

I'm getting pretty bored of Guild Wars. I beat it so many times. I even deleted some of my characters and started over again. Doing so many Trapper Groups (Etc...) over and over again I forgot why I was doing them in the first place. O.o
